Overall it was a good stay, we only wish the water structure was closer to the property as this was main reason we booke Positive: The house was stocked with more than we needed, organized, nothing too worn out. Negative: The neighbors were too close and took over more parking. The water structure was further away and inconvenient drive from property. The AC kicks on and off too much at night.

Host doesn’t care Positive: Door code didn’t work initially Negative: Moldy washing machine, Easter decor still on display, no tire pump, all bikes had flat tires, floaties had holes, balls we’re flat, fire alarm chirped with low battery. Too much disappointment. Worst part was being asked if a buyer could come look at the home on a Saturday.

It was a very nice stay, we loved it there, they just need to improve the he communication in my opinion based on my exp Positive: Nice townhouse, had everything and close to the pool. Negative: The owner or person in charge takes a lot of time to answer messages. Poor communication.

Great amenities and spacious home Positive: The house was spacious and had great seating for eating and relaxing while watching tv. There was enough things in the kitchen to do meals and light food prep. The pools were a hit and nice to have pickleball close by and some bikes to ride from the garage.
