It's a fine place with many perks, but needs a closet closet in master suite Positive: Generally nice place with lots of room. Additional details (neither pro nor con--just additional info): all arrangements are handled electronically, including key (you receive a code). Garage is not available for parking; it functions as a rec room with bikes, ping pong, mini-basketball, etc. Furnishings show a bit of age but are otherwise fine. Negative: No closet in master bedroom suite -- only closet space is in main living area!
