Great amenities and spacious home
Positive: The house was spacious and had great seating for eating and relaxing while watching tv. There was enough things in the kitchen to do meals and light food prep. The pools were a hit and nice to have pickleball close by and some bikes to ride from the garage.

It's a fine place with many perks, but needs a closet closet in master suite
Positive: Generally nice place with lots of room.
Additional details (neither pro nor con--just additional info): all arrangements are handled electronically, including key (you receive a code). Garage is not available for parking; it functions as a rec room with bikes, ping pong, mini-basketball, etc. Furnishings show a bit of age but are otherwise fine.
Negative: No closet in master bedroom suite -- only closet space is in main living area!
